I had a mixed experience at Crows Nest Resort. The beachfront location and the friendly staff were definite highlights, making me feel welcomed during my stay. However, I faced significant issues with the service and room conditions, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of my vacation.

The deluxe villa I stayed in was spacious and clean, featuring a lovely split-level design with kitchen facilities. However, I did encounter issues with hot water and a leaking toilet during my stay, which required multiple requests before I was moved to another room.

While many of the staff members were friendly and helpful, the service from the reception was lacking. I often found myself waiting on responses, and my requests weren’t handled in a timely manner. Communication was a big issue as I was often given misinformation regarding simple tasks.
